About SMTP mail rules
All SMTP mail rules files are located in the Filters folder located in the Internet Services folder on the administrator's Desktop. They are distinguished from the standard filter files by their names, which must start with the word "rules". You can use these files to customize how your site handles potential spam and junk mail. By default, Internet Services installs these four rules documents:
